Help with maintaining and developing SOP's and Prop 65 related items. RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer all comms related to Print Production in a timely manner. Provide proper and accurate costing on any comms that requires a cost update or new costing. Design and provide accurate color proofs to customers Must be able to learn and understand the abilities of all our machines so that the end user is getting the correct/most cost-effective product. Must be able to understand how our machines work and operate so SOP's can be created and maintained. Helping with special projects and in other areas based upon staffing needs and workflow. REQUIREMENTS: High school Diploma or equivalent required. Excellent math skills in basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and measuring Superior communication skills -verbal, nonverbal, written and reading comprehension to follow instructions on order sheets, in email and internal communication platform - COMMS Must be able to operate a PC and navigate basic computer functions such as Internet Applications and PC faxing. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Outlook and Word required. Experience with Shoptech E2 software, P21 and Adobe Creative Cloud products. Experience with InDesign and/or Illustrator is highly desirable. Must be able to learn, retain and apply information about HCL products.
