ROLE SUMMARY:
Production operators are a vital piece of the Supply organization within Anheuser Busch. Production operators help pump out the volume working with high-speed, automated technology. Safety first, quality always, then volume. Production operators are a critical part of our workforce, by monitoring quality, interpreting data, and improving upon processes to ensure we're operating the best we can.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain plant safety standards- safety is our top priority
Performing process quality control checks
Use of Six Sigma lean manufacturing processes
Loading supplies into machinery
Recording process data, we're a data and information driven company
Performing minor maintenance
Industrial cleaning and sanitation
Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to engage in physical activities and manual labor, as required, including but not limited to: prolonged standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling and bending
Must be able to lift items up to 50 pounds
Must be able to work in varying temperatures and climates
Must be able to work varying shifts and/or holidays (days, afternoons, and midnights)
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
Prior production, warehousing, or related experience (preferred)
Mechanical aptitude (preferred)

Essential Functions
Responsible for daily activities of the production line(s), ensuring product adheres to Niagara's standard of safety, quality, and throughput.
Accurately completes applicable quality and production reports hourly. Physical and visual inspection of product is required to prevent non-conforming goods. Correctly reports all quality defects to the appropriate team members and shift leadership.

General Information:
Material Operator
As a Material Operator, you'll play a key role in making sure everything flows smoothly and meets our high standards in every way.
What You'll Be Doing:
Support the production line by ensuring materials are staged, replenished, and ready when needed with materials like bottles, caps, and pumps.
Double-check component numbers and ensure the right paperwork and SAP stickers are in place.
Use electric pallet jacks to move components and finished goods, prepping pallets for warehouse transfer.
Scan finished products into SAP and maintain accurate records while acting as a gatekeeper for quality.
Return unused components and help clear the line for the next run.
Perform quality audits, checking label placement, batch codes, and overall product standards.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace that meets FDA and company quality standards.
Promote and follow safety protocols throughout the facility.
Step in as a backup Equipment Operator and help train new team members.
Complete SOPs, Work Instructions, and other documentation with accuracy and care.
Handle sensitive product and customer information with discretion.
Show up consistently, pitch in when overtime is needed, and take on other tasks as assigned.
What We Need from You:
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
At least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
Familiarity with FDA Good Manufacturing Practices and OSHA safety standards.
Experience with SAP and HMI systems.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, wear PPE, and work well with others.
Strong time management and a positive, team-first attitude.
Comfortable operating electric pallet jacks.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
