About the Position: Senior Manager, Water & Energy Services is responsible for the service and management of a diverse range of water treatment programs and clients for Global Water Technology. These programs include, but are not limited to, steam boilers, cooling towers, hot and chilled closed loop systems, wastewater treatment, potable water treatment, related filtration and pre-treatment equipment, and chemical feed systems. The position will be highly centered around new business acquisition, utilizing the strategic sales method developed by Global Water Technology, and on the management of a given portfolio of customers. The Senior Manager, Water & Energy Services will be focused on providing a competitive, efficient, and sustainable water treatment program to the portfolio along with providing client training, education, and business reviews.
Candidates for the position of Manager, Water & Energy Services should exhibit a strong desire to both grow and excel professionally in a very competitive industry and within a fast-growing company. The Senior Manager, Water & Energy Services should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the water treatment industry and will have the ability and desire to build upon a given client portfolio and increase that portfolio based on a pre-determined sales goal and regional target market. Summary of Duties:

· Resolving program non-conformances by trouble shooting problems and implementing corrective measures which may include equipment repairs or chemical dosage adjustments.
· Generating professionally written technical reports and proposals which advise on industry best practices for operating mechanical equipment with a focus on extended equipment life as well as water and energy savings. This often involves identifying, recommending, and implementing program upgrades.
· Conducting customer meetings to communicate program results in a manner that builds rapport and promotes customer care of their mechanical systems.
Typical Experience: 10+ years in water treatment or in a field of relatable work.
Qualifications:
· A demonstrated mechanical aptitude and a desire to work in a hands-on environment.
· Previous experience working with customers (in an unrelated industry) where the focus was providing an exceptional customer experience.
· Previous work experience in the water industry is considered an asset.
· Post-secondary education in Science or Engineering is considered an asset. Typical areas of focus for successful candidates: chemistry, biology, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, environmental science, sustainability studies.

Working Conditions: The Senior Manager is a field-based position. Most of the workload is performed within client facilities. The Senior Manager position will occasionally be expected to be available outside of standard business hours to support client satisfaction via phone, email, or even on-site.
The Senior Manager position involves substantial driving requirements to and from client sites. Some overnight travel may be required from time to time. The amount of overnight travel will vary based on geography covered and maturity of the local market.
Physical Requirements: This position can be physically demanding. This includes requirement to stand for extended periods of time, lift heavy objects on a regular basis, and the Senior Manager is required to move around industrial environments, carrying a portable test kit, computer, and other tools. The Automation Cybersecurity Technology Engineer position will be responsible for plants in the Dallas plant (primary) and Fort Worth. The engineer will be the single point of contact for deploying Operational Technology strategy, managing automation needs and projects, and working as a liaison between plant operations and the corporate automation team for the three facilities. The primary responsibility of the Automation Engineer will be to maximize the availability of industrial automation systems (Hardware, Network, Scada Software, Database, Integration of new components and solutions) and use cybersecurity tools (Claroty, Factory Talk Security, Factory Talk Asset Center) for threat mitigation and prevention of unauthorized access to industrial control systems.
The Automation Engineer is also required to be a leader within the plant technical team and will collaborate with operations and project teams on corporate and plant initiatives. Daily Functions:
The Spa Receptionist / Experience Guide is responsible for the reception area and overall seamless daily operations of the facility. Includes, but is not limited to, the greeting of all guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding services and products, booking all appointments, promoting membership sales, checking the guest into the computer system, customizing the guest's massage, and charging for services performed.
Provide top-level guest service for all including internal guest service.
Be on time for your shift.
Properly open and close the boutique each day according to Standard Operating Procedures.
Accurately book, change and cancel massage appointments.
Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves.
Actively promote services, enhancements, membership, and retail promotions and/or discounts available.
Provide detailed descriptions of services, enhancements, retail products, appointment cancellation/change policies, memberships, and parking information with any applicable challenges.
Utilize computers with skill and proficiency and only for business purposes.
Handle guests' questions and concerns professionally and courteously paraphrasing back what has been articulated ensuring top-level communication.
Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
Maintain a clean; safe, fully stocked, and well-organized work area.

* Read equipment assembly specifications, such as charts, schematics, blueprints, and typed instructions and details
* Brings technical problems encountered to the Crew Chief's attention for resolution throughout the project
* Operate rigging equipment, forklifts & other machinery

* Participate in regular shop/yard organization and cleanliness exercises

The Fitter Welder II is responsible for welding and fitting jobs and making sure all weldments are welded within the right welding procedures and built to print in a timely manner. Based in Fort Worth, this position will report to the Team Lead and/or Supervisor of the department and will often work alongside other members of the manufacturing team.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform welding tasks effectively using FCAW and GMAW in horizontal and vertical positions.
Read and interpret basic engineering drawings.
Heat form and dress metal parts using hand tools, torch, or arc welding equipment.
Properly process necessary information on production routers.
Perform assigned tasks under the direction of supervisor.
Bring technical problems encountered to supervisor.
Responsible for using safe working practices and for the safe operation of welding machines and equipment.
Work to improve efficient to achieve productivity and delivery goals.
Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
Maintain a clean & organized work area; utilize safe work habits.
Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
