Plan Engineering deliverables utilizing the Intuiflow Scheduling and Execution software. Communicate released orders to the appropriate shop floor personnel and departments. Monitor open work orders and manage rescheduling or reallocation based on changing priorities. Sequence production tasks across work centers to promote flow based on priority, due dates, and available capacity. Confirm material availability prior to releasing orders. Escalate shortages to Procurement, Master Scheduler, and/or the Project Manager as necessary. Respond to production changes due to downtime, engineering changes, or expedited orders. Adjust and communicate schedule changes promptly to minimize disruptions. Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing to resolve issues impacting order execution and to support flow. Report deviations from the schedule and support root cause analysis of delays or issues. Maintain schedule-related data in the ERP/MRP system, including lead times, order statuses, and shop calendars. Participate in or facilitate production meetings to provide updates and receive direction from the Master Scheduler. Work with all other departments and functions of the company to ensure effective processing of customer orders. Assist project and sales teams with costing and quotation requests. Assist in closing orders and providing an analysis of the process and cost. Provide feedback to the MRP Planners for updates to routing. Release common items through the work bench.
