Perform a range of transportation and materials handling activities including, but not limited to, operation of equipment, light maintenance, monitoring systems, process improvement, record keeping; in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). Notify appropriate personnel of needed repairs and renewal; and coordinate with maintenance personnel. Maintain thorough logs and records in both written and electronic form as required; use these records to improve the function and efficiency of various operations. Accomplish adequate execution and documenting of pre-trip inspections, properly maintaining and performing general housekeeping on assigned vehicle.
