It took a lot of time and effort to get your Class A CDL license. You studied, went to the Academy. Took the time at the DMV.
After all of that you realize many carrier's won't give you a chance because you don't have at least 1 year's OTR experience.
We will. We will also pay you competitive wages while you go through our 30 day hands on training, helping mold you into a good safe driver. For 30 days straight we will take you all over the country, giving you the valuable training you need. During training you will be paid a salary of $650.
Once you have completed our 30 day OTR training you will come home then take 2-5 days off to unwind.
After which you will be assigned your company truck and start earning $1,200-$1400 a week on average depending on which run you choose. We offer OTR, regional runs. In some of the largest city's we also have local positions.
After you apply we will call and do a short phone interview with you.
Once approved for Orientation we then get you scheduled for Orientation. You'll spend 1 1/2 days in orientation.
After training is completed, you will be able to obtain experienced driver level and obtain higher paying dedicated, regional and OTR runs ect.
In order to qualify, you have had to graduated from a Class A Academy with at least 120 hours of training in the last 2 years.
Why would you want to work for us? We don't keep you in training for long periods of time like some carriers. We allow you to promote up quickly making bigger pay checks. We also get you home more often. We use excellent maintained trucks that won't have you parked on the side of the road.
As a bonus we offer tuition assistance of up to $1,000 to help pay off your Academy loan when you obtained your CDL. It's like a sign on bonus for trainees.

The Truck Driver is responsible for exercising safe driving practices ensuring the safety of the public while operating a commercial motor vehicle to either transport live poultry from growers to the processing facility or poultry feed to / from growers in a safe and secure manner. This role is responsible for compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) safety rules and regulations and all company policies, and local, state and federal policies, laws and regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
Comply with all Department of Transportation regulations.
Perform and document pre-trip inspection (i.e. tires, oil, fuel, lights, breaks, hoses, etc.).
Assist with loading and unloading trailer as necessary.
Ensure secure load before movement.
Maintain proper documentation (i.e. equipment, time, trips, weight, etc.).
Clean and wash truck as necessary.
Report truck and equipment maintenance issues to supervisor.
Comply with all DOT safety rules and regulations, all company policies, and local, state and federal policies, laws and regulations.
All other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Minimum 21 years of age.
Valid Class A CDL with 1 year verifiable satisfactory driving record.
Knowledge of Department of Transportation, State and Federal Laws.
Ability to read and write legibly.
Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivate.
Sound work ethic, honesty and moral character.

We are hiring Class A Truck Drivers at entry level. 18 openings for entry level class a drivers that will be filled this week.
Once you got your Class A CDL license you found out just about no company will hire you without recent OTR experience. Most carriers won't give you a chance without experience we will.
To qualify you must be a graduate of an Academy that trained you for at least 120 hours within the last 2 years.
Once you are approved you will come in for our two day Orientation. Once that is completed you will go out with a trainer for 4 weeks. The goal is to build your confidence behind the wheel and turn you into a good safe class a driver.
Starting out driver earn $650.00 per week. This rate is for your first 30 days only.
Once training is completed you'll come home to unwind. Taking 2-5 days off then get moved into your own truck with a huge pay raise from $1200~$1400 on average depending on which position you chose once in your own company truck.
Applicants must be flexible when you first start and be patient to get the run you desire. It can take a few weeks to maybe a month or so to get exactly what you want.
We offer many dedicated, regional and OTR runs. Local runs in the bigger city's.
Our dedicated and regional runs get you home every week. Sometimes during the week depending where your load is going.
Drivers that run OTR, over the road runs get you home every 10-14 days for your days off.
Once on boarded and you work with us... We won't keep you in training for extended periods of time. We allow you to move up quickly making big pay checks. We will get you home more often. We use excellent maintained trucks that won't have you parked on the side of the road.
We offer tuition reimbursement up to $1,000 to pay off your Academy loan when you got your Class A license.
