You studied hard to earn your Class A CDL license. You recently attended an 120 hour academy, and passed the DMV requirements. Only to have discovered that many trucking companies won't hire you without at least one year of OTR experience. We will.
Our Training & Pay
We have a 30-day OTR training program that will train you to become a safe, professional driver. While in training, you'll drive across the country with one of our experienced trainers, gaining valuable OTR experience. No home time during training.
Training pay: $650 weekly salary just for your first 30 days.
After training: You will take two - five days off to recharge before being assigned your own company truck
Pay after Training
Once you're in your own company truck, you will earn $1,200-$1,600 ++ per week on average, depending on the runs you choose. We offer OTR, regional, also in some major cities we have local positions. Don't count on local positions when you first start.
After completing training, you'll be promoted to experienced driver status, opening the door to higher-paying dedicated, regional, and OTR runs.

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the safe operation of commercial vehicle to deliver commercial products as required. Adhere to all DOT regulations and safety protocols.
All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, and vision of the organization. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED (Required)
In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Two (2) or more years Experience in a related field (Required)

Ability to wear required PPE, Must pass all DOT and Motor Carrier Safety requirements, Will be required to work/drive in a variety of weather conditions, Sitting for long periods of time, Must be able to pass job specific work steps
Receives from Truck Dispatcher delivery schedule. Organizes for delivery route and makes all required preparations for delivery.
Perform pre-delivery trip check on tank truck following Department of Transportation safety specifications, fuels, check truck for general operating requirements, and ascertains that all required equipment is available and in good operating condition.
Drives a tank truck & trailer or tractor/ trailer to customer's location; connects hose to tank and opens valves, reads gauges, record amounts delivered and leaves delivery ticket receipt with customer.
Checks truck once to determine if repairs are necessary.
Establishes/maintains good customer contact skills in handling customer's questions or schedules. Calls customers before loading/leaving load rack to make sure customer can receive load.
Maintains the assigned work areas, tank truck vehicle and/or its equipment in a clean and orderly manner performing housekeeping chores as required and/or directed.
Follows, maintains and adheres to all safety rules and operating procedures for facilities, loading rack, and customer premises. Follows traffic laws and DOT regulations.
