Job Description Job Summary: Responsible for efficiently managing inbound and outbound orders, this role encompasses various warehouse functions to ensure smooth operations. Duties and Responsibilities: * Request and review materials needed for production work orders. * Prepare and issue materials based on ERP reports. * Report material shortages to Production Data Entry Clerk. * Notify discrepancies in production requests to Production Data Entry Clerk. * Receive, unload, and store materials. * Ensure inventory turnover meets established standards (e.g., one pallet at a time from VMI). * Order expense items based on min-max numbers. * Arrange delivery of required materials. * Coordinate and perform cyclical physical inventories. * Check for inventory inaccuracies and discrepancies. * Ensure complete issuance of Work Orders. * Adhere to schedules, training, operational procedures, and safety protocols. * Report building or equipment safety hazards to the Supervisor. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Report any material shortages to maintain an adequate supply.
