Responsibilities
Supervise guest service staff to ensure appropriate coverage at all guest service locations throughout the facility and that proper Guest Services policies and procedures are carried out.
Conduct pre-event meetings with guest service staff to ensure all pertinent information is shared pertaining to that day's event.
Open and close main room and collect and tag all lost & found items.
Serve as a point of contact for our Service Recovery program to ensure guest, fan, and partner's complaints are addressed in a courteous, respectful, and timely fashion.
Assist in the implementation and administration of the employee recognition program.
Communicate with guests, management, and command center to provide solutions to guest-related issues.
Collect/Complete incident reports and provide summary at end of night to leadership.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse, you will assist residents in accordance with their individualized care plans. The Dental GPR Program Director will lead the overall planning, organization, direction, and management of Allegheny Health Network's accredited General Practice Residency program at Allegheny General Hospital.
The Director will be responsible for curriculum development, resident recruitment and evaluation, faculty development, and maintaining CODA/ACGME compliance.
This will include ensuring compliance with all Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) standards, curriculum development and implementation, resident recruitment and evaluation, faculty development, and program continuous improvement.
The Program Director will lead the program in providing high-quality, comprehensive clinical training and didactic instruction to dental residents, preparing them for advanced general dental practice within a hospital-based setting.
Must have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups of individuals within an academic medical center.
Proven ability to mentor and develop dental residents and faculty.
In-depth knowledge of current dental practices, techniques, and technologies, particularly as applied in a hospital environment.

BECOMING OUR VETERINARY ASSISTANT - VET TECHNICIAN:
Your work schedule mirrors our office hours: Mondays from 10:30 AM to 7 PM and Tuesdays through Thursdays from 8:30 AM to 6 PM. As a full- or part-time Veterinary Assistant - Vet Technician, you'll find yourself at the core of our operations, assisting veterinarians, maintaining treatment areas, administering medications, and ensuring the comfort of our animal patients. You'll educate pet owners, process lab samples, maintain records, and contribute to our marketing efforts. Every day will greet you with fresh challenges and chances to make a meaningful difference in the lives of animals and their devoted guardians!
All that you need to excel in this role is the following:
Effective small and large animal handling skills
Veterinary assistance experience
Customer service experience
Willingness to assist with marketing and social media posts
Ability to bend, reach, lift (40+/- lbs.), and kneel, sit, or stand for long periods
Passionate about helping animals and their owners
Knowledge of Avimark practice management software is helpful but not required. Having your veterinary technician certification is also a plus!
