Essential Job Responsibilities:
* Conduct initial assessments for new residents and implement service agreements at move-in.
* Maintain up-to-date medical records and care plans; ensure timely assessments and proper documentation.
* Ensure physician orders are signed and carried out within 24 hours.
* Oversee medication administration and medical equipment use; communicate with physicians as needed.
* Assist with training new staff on health and medication procedures and provide ongoing education; document all training for compliance.
