Coordinates design reviews, testing, pilot, rollout and support activities to ensure architecture needs are met. Qualifications 3-4 years' experience gathering, analyzing and documenting technical requirements or business knowledge specific to data and application architecture management. 5-7 years' experience in IT-related positions. Demonstrated ability to document technical requirements in a clear and concise manner. Documents all architecture tool functions, integrations, rules, and business processes. Ability to communicate technical concepts in a business context. Exposure of data governance and data quality, data management, and data warehousing. Proficient with technology to understand and assist with design, testing and on occasion support activities. Displays ability to effectively communicate at various levels with business partners, team members, vendors, technical and non-technical resources, etc. Is able to ensure the architecture team vision and requirements expected can be internalized and understood by a wide variety of people. Displays ability to effectively lead meetings, ask probing questions, listen and understand various points of view and deal with conflict. Has the ability to participate in or lead problem solving discussions and activities to help ensure end results stay in sync with architecture team goals and requirements. Can work under and help meet project management standards through the course of a project. Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a business or technology related field.
