Ensures the area is maintained in a clean, safe, and orderly fashion. + Maintain proper safety conditions of equipment including immediately correcting or reporting safety issues to your supervisor. + Perform quality checks and accurate quality documentation as required. + Actively assist with planning/scheduling and storeroom staff for tracking work orders, parts, and purchase requisitions. + Identify and assist in the implementation of projects as required. **Education and Additional Requirements** + Technical School or position related training + Minimum 5 years manufacturing maintenance experience + Minimum 5 years equipment reliability experience + Hydraulics, controls, electrical, mechanical, welding, electrical, PLC's, and pneumatics experience + Own & supply own tools per the Maintenance required tool list + Ideal candidate will possess working knowledge of data network, switches, routers and servers + Must be able to work flexible shift schedules up to 12-hour shifts as determined by business need + Must be able to use a computer and associated software programs + Experience with SCADA, board-level troubleshooting, and software systems The Coca-Cola Company will not offer sponsorship for employment status (including, but not limited to, H1-B visa status and other employment-based nonimmigrant visas) for this position. As the Electrical Technician, you are a part of Best People. You will utilize our Best Systems to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems in a production environment. The Electrical Technician will work with electrical conduit, wire and equipment, and motor installation up to 480V, delivering our customers the Best Results! Electrical Technician Necessary Skills: Perform electrical maintenance and repair of facility equipment, ensuring operational efficiency. Identify, troubleshoot, and correct defects in electrical equipment and systems. Conduct machine repairs, including troubleshooting, disassembly, reassembly, and effective repairs. Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and schematics to perform tasks accurately. Possess a strong understanding of AC motors, sensors, and control systems. Apply knowledge of pneumatics and PLC controls to ensure equipment functionality. Work with Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs) and maintain system integration. Ensure all repairs and maintenance are performed in compliance with safety protocols and operational standard.
