In the framework of a Photovoltaic plant construction project (125MW), we are currently looking for an Electrical Supervisor.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Supervise the assembly, installation and execution of the different works on site according to the development of the activities during the execution, and the start\-up or commissioning.
Review of client requirements and client technical specifications.
Management of subcontracted companies, controlling the daily progress of the work.
Make personnel and time estimates.
Interpretation of plans.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in ElectricalEngineering (Mandatory: Valid License \/ Active membership with the CIAPR).
Demonstrated experience as a Electrical Supervisor in the assembly and construction of large photovoltaic plants projects (+50 Mw).
Knowledge of trench excavations, cable laying, inverter connection, medium voltage connection and electrical testing.
Experience working with, supervising, and administering subcontractors.
Knowledge of state, federal, and local contracting requirements.
Knowledge of local labor laws and issues.
Familiarity with photovoltaic and industry quality standards.
Demonstrated leadership in a team\-based environment.
Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and under tight deadlines.
Must be physically able to conduct field inspections and participate in project walk\-downs which may require extensive walking in and around a construction site, walking on uneven surfaces.
Must be able to complete and pass a drug screen, physical, and background check which includes verification of employment and education.
Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other common applications used in the construction industry.
Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Willingness to be located on remote site.

* Field incoming problems from end users to support the efficient operation of all Paper Mill and Stock Prep. equipment within the Smurfit Westrock mill system.
* Perform hands-on fixes at the control system and instrumentation level for all Paper Mill and Stock Prep. system operations.

* Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans. Support FEP-1, -2 & -3 development.

* Review project narratives, specifications, and other documents produced by engineering consultants, manufacturers, and third-party integrators to verify technical accuracy.
* Participate in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) of DCS, QCS, PLC and other control systems.
* Design, implement, commission, and maintain mill wide APC application deployments.
What you need to succeed
* Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline or closely related degree is preferred. Industry and/or compatible military experience will be considered.
* Minimum of 10+ years of process control engineering or related experience in an industrial environment.
* Experience in the operation, installation, startup, and maintenance of paper machines and their supporting equipment is required.
* Experience applying statistics to assess control loop performance, dynamic models, variability characteristics and improvement opportunities.
* Must have the ability to tune and optimize process equipment online.
* Proficiency in MD and CD controls.
* Must have a strong technical understanding of both control system programing and equipment control philosophy for all paper machine and stock prep. equipment.
* OSI PI experience is required.

Collins Aerospace's Global Engineering & Technology Center in Puerto Rico (GETC-PR has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for the design and development of electronic control units and associated printed wire board assemblies within electric systems for military and commercial aircraft. The applicant will apply principles and techniques of electrical/electronicengineering to ensure design preparation is in accordance with applicable specifications, customer requirements and standard work practices; interfaces with various functional groups to coordinate conceptual, preliminary, and detailed unit design, engineering documentation releases, development testing, qualification testing, and entry into service.
This position will sit at our Aguadilla, Puerto Rico location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment.

Leads root cause investigations by collaborating across engineering departments, customer, and other groups to resolve problems.
Address obsolescence of components in designs.
Support creation of Test Requirement Specifications (TRS) and development of production test solution.
Circuit Board Level Requirements analysis and decomposition.
Oversees, reviews, and provides developmental feedback to junior team members.

This position will sit at our Aguadilla, Puerto Rico location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation assistance is not offered. This role is categorized as hybrid, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote following the schedule assigned by the Manager.
What You Will Do:
* Troubleshoots electrical device problems to ensure that issues are resolved efficiently.
* Designs, modifies, and evaluates electronic apparatus, components, or circuitry for use in other equipment and devices.
* Researches, develops, designs, and tests electrical components, equipment, systems, and networks.
* Designs electrical equipment, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes.
* Produces deliverables according to specifications, using the most cost effective and efficient means.
* Analyzes and evaluates new or improved electronic components.

Qualifications You Must Have:
* Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
* Experience with electricalengineering, electrical design concepts, and/or electronics trouble shooting
* Demonstrated professional experience communicating in English (verbal and written)
Qualifications We Prefer:
* Experience working in the aerospace industry
* Bachelor's degree in electricalengineering, electronics technology, or related
* Experience with analog and digital interfaces, electronic analysis techniques and laboratory test equipment including oscilloscopes, logic analyzes, and other related test equipment.
* Experience reading and understanding assembly drawings, circuit card schematics, and assembly instructions
* Ability to review production data and identify trends in manufacturing failures
* Ability to troubleshoot potential causes of production failures and devise a solution to prevent repeat issues in the future
* Ability to complete a root cause analysis (e.g. fault tree, 5 Why, fishbone)
* Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and quality assurance techniques
* Ability to evaluate engineering processes and provide recommendations to increase efficiency
* Knowledge of PCD tools such as Mentor Graphics, Cadence, etc.
* Knowledge on Printed Circuit Design (PCD) or related
* Knowledge in Power Electronics

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE:
