JOB SUMMARY: Troubleshoots, analyzes, repairs, and documents failure of assigned products or test systems in support of production, using knowledge of electronic principles and test equipment. Under direct supervision, assists other technicians or engineers with detailed product and/or test system evaluation and analysis.

Trace failures on ICT/FVT test and repair using IPC 610 workmanship standards.
Remove, replace, and relocate components that have been assemble wrong or defective.
Dissembles, assembles, wires and solders to repairs damaged circuits.
Performs operations as required on previously assembled units to meet specifications to include but not limited to use a multimeter and oscilloscope.
Check unit visually or with electrical testing equipment to assure quality and be able to read and understand PCB schematics.
Perform necessary corrective action and maintain records.
OTHER FUNCTIONS:
Performs other duties when required that are outside of normal job duties.
May be asked to assist in other duties to ensure production needs are met in a timely manner.
Qualifications

Equipment that is commonly worked on are floor scrubbers, sweepers, handicapped carts, checkout lanes, paint shakers and other commercial customer equipment found in large retail / industrial locations. Technicians will also install, and service grease containment units used in conjunction with deep fryers. This position would utilize a company vehicle regionally and therefore require a valid, good standing driver's license.

Starting Pay Range: $22-$25.
Our Technicians Typical Duties, Tasks, and Responsibilities:
Have Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose, repair and complete both service calls and scheduled PMs on light industrial equipment is essential for our mechanics.
Successfully provide customer service by performing on-location preventative maintenance and repairs on customer equipment by performing job duties.
Visually inspects, tests, and listens to machines and equipment to locate causes of malfunctions. As well as dismantles machine parts to detect wear, misalignment, or other problems.
Installs new or repaired parts; clean and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, belts, and other parts of machinery.
Staying organized by Scheduling repairs and PM's in similar locations on the same day, as time and location permits. Record keeping and reporting of work orders, parts, supplies ordering, and a daily agenda.
Submits daily, work orders, daily agenda/timecards, parts orders, and all required paperwork. Treats company equipment (i.e. vehicle, tools, phone, tablet, credit card, and parts) as if they were his/her own and follows PM's guidelines on company provided vehicle.

Travel up to an average of 300 miles per day

Job Summary
The Technician, Apprentice is responsible for coordinating and performing routine Planned Maintenance Services and diagnosing and repairing products. The Engineering Technician IV serves as a critical technical resource supporting the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) in Tennessee. This role provides field-based engineering assistance to NRCS staff across designated Area and Field Offices. Technicians are responsible for conducting engineering surveys, assisting with project implementation, performing construction inspections, and supporting documentation and compliance efforts. The position plays a vital role in advancing NRCS's conservation mission by ensuring timely, accurate, and safe execution of engineering tasks in diverse field environments
Key Responsibilities
Conduct engineering surveys and inspections for conservation projects
Assist with project documentation, implementation, and reporting
Operate and troubleshoot surveying equipment (e.g., GPS, total stations)
Develop and interpret engineering drawings using AutoCAD/Civil 3D
Maintain accurate construction diaries and compliance documentation
Ensure adherence to NRCS specifications, OSHA safety standards, and environmental regulations
Travel to field sites and other NRCS offices across Tennessee as needed
Communicate effectively with NRCS staff, contractors, landowners, and regulatory personnel
Work Environment
Fieldwork in varied weather conditions and terrain
Exposure to construction sites, water bodies, agricultural areas, and CAFOs
Use of ATVs/UTVs after certification
Office-based tasks including data entry, reporting, and coordination

**We are hiring for FIRST SHIFT.
**Starting Pay is $26.55 per hour and increases to $26.94 after six months.
What You Will Do:
Install, alter, maintain, and repair electrical wiring systems, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
Inspects, tests, adjusts, and repairs all physical plant machinery, heating, cooling, piping, and electrical systems
Maintains all physical plant machinery and equipment
Monitors operation of critical processes and performs preventative maintenance as required
Maintains record of all inspections, tests, and repairs
What You Need to Succeed:
10+ years of industrial Maintenance experience
Ability to work under minimal supervision
Ability to handle complex issues and problems
Ability to understand and follow directions
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to obtain forklift license
Ability to pass all required drug screen and background checks

Hitachi Energy located in Alamo, TN is seeking a Weekend Electro Mechanical Repair Technician to join its team. In this position, you will follow safety and work procedures to perform preventative maintenance, routine mechanical and/or electrical repairs on production and processing equipment.
The selected candidate will troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and replace electrical and/or mechanical components as necessary to ensure maximum uptime and customer satisfaction and modify equipment as assigned to support a continuous improvement culture.
How You'll Make a Difference:
* Observe and follow all safety rules and procedures including Lock-Out-Tag-Out
* Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment
* Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machines and plant equipment
* Perform preventive maintenance on machines and equipment and make recommendations to PM program
* Run conduit and pull wire for new machines and equipment.
* Must be able to read/follow blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematic drawings and technical manuals
* Working knowledge of 115 & 480V equipment, how to safely troubleshoot, diagnose and repair
* Troubleshoot/repair systems or equipment such as hydraulic systems, transformers, motors, DC circuitry, PLCs, variable frequency drives, relays, switches, position sensing devices and printed circuit boards
* Monitor and document observations, settings, readings, meters, gauges as required
* Proficient in using common electrical/mechanical devices. Ex. multi-meter, amp-probe, megger, calipers, micrometers, dial indicator
* Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities
* Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions
* Basic welding and cutting, including acetylene torch, plasma, stick, and brazing
* Secure and complete required department work order documentation
* Responsible for housekeeping in his/her work area and general surroundings
* Perform other tasks and duties as assigned
Your Background:
Associate's degree in an engineering discipline or industrial maintenance/electrician certificate from an accredited trade school.
