The Role You Will Play
As a Maintenance Electrician, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of manufacturing operations. You'll diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems and equipment, minimizing downtime while supporting continuous improvement and capital expansion efforts.
This is a primarily 3rd shift position.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems and machinery.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
Use the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to input and retrieve maintenance data and reports.
Support capital projects, expansions, and equipment installations as needed.
Uphold 6S and safety standards across all maintenance activities.
Provide leadership or supervisory coverage as required.
Work occasional weekends or alternate shifts based on plant needs.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Diagnose and repair malfunctioning systems, apparatus, or components using appropriate test equipment and tools.
Plan and install electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures per specifications and code.
Connect wiring to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
Test systems and components using devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, meggers, or oscilloscopes.
Inspect systems to identify hazards, defects, or compliance issues and recommend corrective action.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Safely perform work from ladders, scaffolds, or elevated areas.
Communicate effectively and provide feedback to management on equipment status or hazards.
Education & Experience
Minimum 5 years of industrial electrical experience required.
Associate degree (two-year) in Electrical or Instrumentation Technology preferred.
Must achieve a passing grade on a general electrical aptitude test.

The Role You Will Play
The
Industrial Maintenance Mechanic
provides critical maintenance support to both cable and compound manufacturing plants. This hands-on role requires a detail-oriented professional with a solid understanding of industrial mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will excel at troubleshooting, repairing, rebuilding, and installing equipment to specification-while helping to minimize downtime and improve future operations.
Candidates must be willing to work 2nd or 3rd shift following initial training on 1st shift and be open to overtime and weekend work as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing machinery and equipment.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for data entry and reporting.
Support plant expansions and capital projects as required.
Uphold 6S and safety standards at all times.
May occasionally fill in for supervisory personnel.
Work flexible hours, including weekends or other shifts when necessary.
Skills and Abilities
Diagnose and repair mechanical failures in industrial equipment.
Proficient in welding, machining, and light fabrication.
Experience with pipefitting, plumbing, and rigging.
Skilled in motor/pump alignment using dial gauges and lasers.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical prints and schematics.
Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Comfortable working at heights using ladders, scaffolds, or lifts.
Communicates effectively and advises management on potential equipment hazards.
Dependable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented.
Education & Experience
Minimum of 5 years' industrial maintenance experience (preferred).
Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology or related field (preferred).
Must successfully pass the Company's mechanical aptitude test and may be required to demonstrate mechanical skills.

* Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales
Must Haves for This Role
* High School Diploma or GED, in progress or completed
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed
* Willing to obtain and maintain food handler and alcohol server permits (if required)
