ENACOMM CEO and leadership

David Jackson serves as the chief operating officer of ENACOMM. He is responsible for data center operations, IT professional services and customer support, including project management, application development and quality assurance. David leads ENACOMM’s product development efforts to create exciting new ways to provide intelligent customer self-service applications. David also manages the company’s Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard program. Shaping his invaluable contributions to ENACOMM, David brings more than 25 years of application development, project management, consulting, and executive management experience in the technology industry. Prior to joining ENACOMM in 2008, he was President of Call Analytics, an IVR Reporting and Analytics software and worked with six start-up technology companies including McAfee, Sales Logix (now Sage Software), MobileStar Network and Opis Corporation, where he held various leadership positions in professional services, marketing, customer support and operations. Earlier in his career, David worked with Electronic Data Systems, a multinational information technology services company.

Experienced Director Product Management with a demonstrated history of working in the computer software industry. Skilled in Requirements Analysis, Perl, Enterprise Software, Enterprise Architecture, and Agile Methodologies. Strong product management professional with a BS focused in Computer Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Shawn M. Hughes is a President & Chief Operating Officer at Enacomm and is based in Tulsa Oklahoma Area. He has worked as Vice President, Professional Services & Consulting at VEXIS Systems; Sr. Program Director, U.S. & International Mobile Care Solutions at Nuance Communications Inc.; and Sr. Director, Strategic Enterprise Services & Operations at Nuance Communications Inc.. Shawn studied at Nuance Executive & Sr. Management Development between 2012 and 2013 and University of Tulsa between 1984 and 1989.
