Requirements Education & Credentials: Current student enrolled in a 2-year or 4-year program in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Surveying, Computer-Aided Drafting, Environmental Sciences, or related fields. Skills & Qualities: Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing project needs. Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and enthusiasm for teamwork. General understanding of engineering and/or surveying concepts. Physical & Travel Requirements: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and walk. The employee is required to talk and to hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. The work environment is an office setting, but intermittent field work is expected. The noise level in the office environment is usually moderate, while noise on construction sites may be high and require the use of hearing protection.
