What You'll Do:
Implement and monitor data governance best practices based on established frameworks.
Partner with both technical and business stakeholders to define clear ownership, stewardship, and accountability for asset data.
Lead data quality efforts for pipeline asset information, including profiling, cleansing, and remediation.
Ensure data management practices align with key industry standards (ISO, ISA, CFIHOS, etc.).
Build and maintain data dictionaries, metadata repositories, and data lineage documentation.
Manage governance documentation, processes, and digital workspace content (including SharePoint), especially as they relate to asset-related nomenclature.
Facilitate working groups and lead awareness sessions focused on data governance within the pipeline industry.
Track and report on governance metrics and the effectiveness of implemented controls.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or Business.
4+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or similar work-preferably within the energy sector.
Familiarity with data governance frameworks and data quality tools.
Understanding of pipeline industry regulations (PHMSA) and best practices in asset-related data management.
Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Proven experience working collaboratively across engineering, operations, and compliance teams.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with pipeline asset management systems, GIS platforms, or records management tools.
SharePoint design/management and PowerApps (forms/workflows).
Power BI reporting experience.
Knowledge of master data management (MDM) concepts.

Students will no longer be eligible to hold an internship position upon graduation from their program unless the student has been accepted into another degree program.
Graduating high school seniors who have been accepted to begin college in the fall are eligible to apply if they will be at least 18 years of age prior to their start date. A college acceptance letter must be provided.
Students must have a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA

As an employee-owner hired for an internship, you will be given the title of " **Project Intern** " and your duties could consist of:
+ Processing submittals by reviewing, stamping, filing and distributing submittals
+ Sending RFI's to architects and engineers
+ Keeping concrete, rebar, RFI, and plan logs up to date
+ Resolving problems generated from the plans and specifications
+ Establishing control points and lines using field instruments (level, theodolite, total station)
+ Locating embeds in the slab and verifying embed locations per approved shops
+ Assist in locating openings in the structure and assist in establishing vertical control for the structure
+ Locating other miscellaneous items in the field (curbs, inlets, etc.)
+ Documentation- updating and distributing construction drawings, specification, shop drawings and samples
+ Aiding with Quality control inspections utilizing BIM 360 field onsite
+ Verifying pre-pour check list and checking proper formwork framing/shoring installation per approved shops
+ Participating in and aiding with weekly safety meetings as requested, including writing meeting minutes
+ Leading project orientation and maintenance of logs
+ Assisting with maintaining project look ahead schedules
+ Assisting with trade contractor coordination and scheduling
+ Verifying proper construction techniques per plans and specs (raise concerns and follow through with trade until corrected)
+ Maintaining city inspection records and walking with Superintendent during inspections
+ Other miscellaneous duties as defined by the Project Manager or Superintendent
Project Interns can expect a preliminary meeting with their supervisor to discuss the goals, expectations, and desired outcomes of the internship. Employee-owners participating in an internship will be reviewed upon the completion of their internship. This review should be used as a tool to communicate the successes and learning outcomes of the internship. The supervisor will also complete any necessary paperwork that must be provided to the Project Intern's school or university.
Individuals hired as interns will be classified as **Temporary employee-owners** as defined in Policy A-5. Temporary employee-owners are not eligible for vacation pay, holiday pay or any of the other benefits listed in Policy A-5.

As specialist reservoir engineers, Complex Fluids practitioners provide technical expertise globally in understanding the fluid properties, the associated risks, and mitigation strategies for our resilient hydrocarbon business and low carbon energy transition. Simulate reservoir souring to support projects and operations (using SourSimRL software).
Participate in Integrated Fluids Reviews (IFR) for Major Projects (Hydrocarbons, CCS and potentially Hydrogen). Inform the fluid risk management by providing fluid analysis results.
Support development of complex fluids workflow and practices including fluids database, software applications, and internal tools.

What You'll Do
