You will be mainly accountable for: Drive site safety improvements through technology adoption, work cell redesign, ergonomic enhancements, and other innovative solutions. Champion world-class quality by developing clear work instructions, conducting PFMEAs, establishing FAI/inspection criteria, implementing error-proofing (poke-yoke), and managing ECNs and CAPAs. Increase operational capacity by identifying and executing projects that eliminate bottlenecks and ensure customer demand is met. Apply Lean Manufacturing principles, including time studies, assembly line balancing, value stream mapping, 3P for new production lines or changes, and continuous improvement in material flow, scheduling, and presentation. Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, applying strong project management skills to assess risk, manage dependencies, and deliver results on time. Serve as a change leader by collaborating with stakeholders, managing phase-in/phase-out transitions, ensuring successful implementation, and sustaining improvements through robust follow-through. Identify opportunities for improvement, build compelling financial business cases, and develop project plans to drive operational excellence. Provide feedback and input on possible improvements to design standards and procedures.
