I’m a leader who embraces respect, kindness, and hard work.

As a creative person with business acumen, I’ve often developed strategies and plans requiring change across multiple functions within an organization. These plans, like many plans, look feasible on paper. As they are implemented, I’ve learned when I respect my peers and stakeholders we save time, increase adoption, and enhance organizational value.

As a human being among other human beings, I’ve been in multiple situations where lashing out at someone would have seemed justifiable. Each person deserves dignity and there are alternatives to behavior that demeans or degrades another person. I’d like to think my approach to kindness (along with collaboration among many throughout our organization) led to our firm’s NBRI Circle of Excellence award for employee engagement.

As a leader with executive responsibilities, people expect me to work hard on their behalf. To me it is important to be present, to continuously improve, and to seek and share best practices.

In my free time I enjoy supporting my children's growth, reading, drumming, and completing projects around the house.
