Conduct a detailed environmental analysis of the first phase of the facilities master plan, including identifying and assessing the environmental impacts of specific projects and activities. Assist in engaging with the public and stakeholders, including drafting public notices, attending public meetings, and provide assistance drafting responses to public comments Coordinate and consult with relevant federal, state, and local agencies, including the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), and the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO). Prepare NEPA documentation including but not limited to Notice of Intent (NOI), Environmental Assessment (EA), Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) or Notice of Availability (NOA) if necessary for an EIS.
