ESTIMATOR POSITION The position is responsible for estimating commercial construction projects.     The Mechanical Estimator (HVAC/Plumbing) is responsible for preparing accurate mechanical cost estimates for commercial construction projects. The Mechanical Estimator will work closely with the Preconstruction, Operations, and MEP teams to support successful project pursuits and execution. Key Responsibilities Analyze mechanical (HVAC and plumbing) plans, specifications, and design documents to determine scope of work and estimate costs. Prepare detailed takeoffs and pricing for mechanical systems including ductwork, piping, equipment, and controls. Solicit and review quotes from subcontractors and suppliers to validate pricing and ensure scope alignment.
