PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION: Prepare accurate estimates for fabricated metal components and assemblies by gathering information, analyzing important metrics, and conducting regular risk assessments. Fluent in manufacturing, with in-depth knowledge of bills and routings for metal products and estimating ERP systems. Excellent communicator, detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills. This dual-role position is responsible for managing both the pre-construction and construction phases of projects, with a focus on light industrial and commercial non-residential construction.
