Responsibilities
Lead deployments of Kargo's computer vision devices.
Collaborate with clients to ensure sites are deployment-ready, which may include removing existing equipment, electrical work, and/or network adjustments.
Full ownership of all aspects of system bring-up, troubleshooting, emergency repairs, preventative maintenance, and spare parts inventory.
Travel to client sites to conduct repairs, maintenance, and training as needed. Greater than 70% travel may be required in the future, depending on customer growth and needs.
Onboard and coordinate 3rd party technicians for simple onsite repairs and maintenance.
Develop documentation such as SOPs, work instructions, user manuals, FAQs, training plans, and other materials that will optimize system uptime.
Maintain a high level of customer service with excellent verbal and written communication.
Create status reports, dashboards, and any other analyses to maintain alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
Partner with internal engineering teams to enhance the scalability and dependability of all products.
Experience
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (engineering, robotics, computer science, etc).
3-5 years experience servicing and maintaining complex electro-mechanical systems (sensors and optics a plus).
3-5 years experience interfacing with customers.
Familiarity with command line interface on PCs, especially Linux.
Experience using Jira Service Management to track, report, and manage issues.
Experience troubleshooting WIFI and LTE connected devices.
Comfortable working in industrial environments and working at height. Must be able to lift 50lbs, climb ladders (pending OSHA requirements).
Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools (hammer drills, torque wrenches, multimeters, etc).

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

As a Commissary Lead, you will assist management in carrying out daily operations within the warehouse and ensuring the success of the team. What will you do?
Leads commissary team, including assigning duties, training, coaching, and counseling, and reporting any associate issues to the manager
Ensures proper stock and location of products
Maintains daily awareness of product needs; determines quantities required to adequately stock inventory
Manages inventory control, including receiving shipments, disposing of outdated material, and cycle counting
Maintains safety, security, and cleanliness of storage areas, passageways, elevators, and work areas
Ensures the proper closing of the assigned area
More about you
Must be at least 21 years old
At least 1 year of warehouse, food and beverage commissary, or related experience is required
Previous experience with Excel or similar database management computer systems required
Strong management skills; ability to delegate and coach others
Basic math skills
Physical requirements
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
Ability to pull heavy carts of stock throughout the facility
Ability to work in all weather conditions
