F45 created a Department of Defense (DoD) approved SkillBridge Fitness Internship Training Program that helps active duty service members convert their military experience into the fitness industry with F45…prior to being discharged from active duty service. If you are currently on active duty and looking to join our F45 SkillBridge Program, please submit your application to this F45 Military Host studio to be considered. Military Interns can be placed at F45 Military host studios for up to 6 months (180 days) at no cost to the host studio. The purpose of the internship is to train, educate, and prepare interns to be considered for employment at an F45 location upon completion of their internship. Upon completing the F45 SkillBridge Program, participants will be Certified Personal Trainers (CPTs) and will be considered for employment. The Membership Specialist is responsible for driving potential members into the gym to deliver industry leading customer services to them as well as our current members. This is a daily activity and requires off site promotions including distributing passes, building relationships with local merchants and branding events to inform the community of UFC gym and services, ultimately resulting into leads. (A lead is a non-member's name and contact information.) Internal marketing and prospecting. This includes collecting leads at the point of enrollment and from the current member base through relationship building and referral tables. These activities must translate into lead gathering. The minimum expectations of a Membership Specialist is to write 30 New Membership Units (NMU's) and 6 PT Units each month after the probation period (First 3 months). Ensure Sales Drivers are Held accountable to meeting or exceeding the required sales behaviors that will lead to delivering the Key Metrics set forth by management. Ensure integrity of each sale by attaching supporting documents and signature (corporate approved specials, discounts, etc.) with each agreement. * Customer Service Follow up with members that have enrolled to ensure we are exceeding expectations. Accountable for saving members that are requesting to cancel their membership. Timekeeping: Membership Specialists must record time worked while using the company check-in system. Membership Specialists must be in uniform and perform work activities when punched in. Specialists must also punch out for lunch with-in 5 hours and working off the clock in not permitted. In the event of a missed punch, the Membership Specialist must fill out the adjustment form and turn in to management. ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIPS: The Membership Specialist will interact with club staff, including the Operations and Fitness Departments as well as the Membership Team. The Membership Specialist will also communicate with members, guests and vendors in the community regarding company promotions and membership packages to support club sales. Job DescriptionThe Membership Specialist (MS) will represent UFC GYM by providing a welcoming, informative and entertaining experience for all members and guests during their visits. The Membership Specialist is responsible for driving potential members into the gym to deliver industry leading customer services to them as well as our current members. This service must translate into exceeding personal revenue targets issued by management through both internal and external prospecting. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Lead Generation & Appointment Booking External marketing, promotions and prospecting. This is a daily activity and requires off site promotions including distributing passes, building relationships with local merchants and branding events to inform the community of UFC gym and services, ultimately resulting into leads. (A lead is a non-members name and contact information.) Internal marketing and prospecting. This includes collecting leads at the point of enrollment and from the current member base through relationship building and referral tables. These activities must translate into lead gathering. Book membership appointments through productive phone activities and meet or exceed monthly appointment goals set forth by the company. Ensure Personal Sales Room Financial goals are met or exceeded each month New Member Sales Revenue (NMS), Point of Sales Personal Training Revenue (POS PT) and New Electronic Funds Transfer Sets (EFT). Ensure Sales Drivers are Held accountable to meeting or exceeding the required sales behaviors that will lead to delivering the Key Metrics set forth by management. Ensure integrity of each sale by attaching supporting documents and signature (corporate approved specials, discounts, etc.) with each agreement. Customer Service Follow up with members that have enrolled to ensure we are exceeding expectations. Job Description Studio Flex45 is seeking highly motivated and experienced Yoga, Sculpt, Pilates & Spin Instructors to join our team. Our studio is dedicated to promoting health and wellness through a variety of fitness & wellness classes. We are looking for a qualified candidates who can lead students through a safe and effective practice, while inspiring them to improve their physical and mental well-being. Responsibilities: Develop and lead classes for all levels of students, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Create class sequences that are challenging, yet accessible and safe for all students. Provide modifications and adjustments to students as needed to ensure proper alignment and prevent injury. Coaches are responsible for the successful attainment of revenue goals pertaining to Private Training and Supplements. This position requires a minimum of one day on the weekend on either Saturday, Sunday or a combination of both days. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales Execution on Key Metrics Sell and Conduct Private & Small Group Training with Members Assist members and encourage member involvement in private training.
