Develop a recruitment plan for "hard to fill" positions. * Fosters a strong relationship with provider search firms. * Maintains applicable files on the shared drive, including resumes, references, etc. * Develop relationships with medical schools, residency and fellowship programs. Notify the Program Director or Executive Director of any problems with residents' apartments. Prepare and assist in serving meals in accordance with the menu and recipes. Adhere to residents' special diet restrictions. Provide proper food transportation, plate-up and portion control. Ensure that residents and guests receive high quality food in a timely fashion. Interact with residents daily to ascertain their views, suggestions and concerns on meals served. Assist as needed with washing dishes, silverware, pots, pans and equipment after each meal.
