Prepare fixed asset related disclosures on a GAAP basis for quarterly and annual filings on Forms 10-Q and 10-K with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, requiring in-depth analysis and customization of data extracted from the company's ERP system. Prepare multiple fixed asset pages on a FERC basis for the annual Form No. 1 filed with the FERC and similar pages for the annual state reports filed with the state public utility commissions, requiring in-depth analysis and customization of data extracted from the company's ERP system. Perform periodic asset accounting reporting tasks for internal purposes to support the company's mortgage, property tax and insurable values processes. Prepare information required by external auditors in conjunction with annual financial statement audits on a GAAP basis. Perform specialized depreciation tasks on a limited basis. Responsible for compiling responses to data requests for asset accounting to support the development of regulatory filings submitted to state and federal regulatory oversight agencies and in consideration of similar information that has been provided in the past. Perform fixed assets/general accounting and month-end close activities through the preparation and processing of journal entries, reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
