This includes but is not limited to the following tasks: Following GMP requirements Inspecting raw materials and finished goods Completing quality documentation Assisting in rework as assigned Escalating quality defects and concerns to leads/supervisors Responsible for the operation of a forklift, primarily, but not exclusively, in the warehouse which includes but is not limited to the following tasks: Setting up equipment Changing over equipment Shutting down equipment Operating a forklift with rotational forks Transporting various totes and equipment on the 3rd Floor Support production by emptying dip tanks, providing breaks to production operators, etc. Troubleshoot equipment as necessary Support Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS) at the operator level. This includes, but is not limited to, participation in the following processes: Shift Hand Offs Meetings Level 1 Meetings Performance Boards Centerline Management (CLM) Clean to Inspect and Reapply Lubrication (CIL) 5S Defect Handling Start Up/Shut Down Changeovers Daily Problem Handling Work with support departments to improve line performance Keep work area clean and orderly Perform any other duty as assigned Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk and hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move 50 - 100 pounds, requesting assistance as necessary. Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts. The employee will be exposed during his/her job to high noise levels, chemicals, exposure to strong odors, fumes or airborne particles, constant stair climbing, and slippery floors.
