Job Description Pay Range: $93,825 to $117,275 per year. Under the guidance of the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Manager Trainee is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all aspects of the maintenance department. This includes managing the maintenance of equipment, facilities, and infrastructure, as well as overseeing projects to improve operational efficiency and reliability. The role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and technical expertise to ensure the organization's assets are properly maintained and optimized. Essential Functions: Assist with developing and implementing maintenance strategies and programs to ensure efficient operation and enhance efficiency. Assist with creating and executing preventive maintenance programs, including preventive and corrective measures to ensure that plant equipment is reliable, safe and sanitary. Provide direction, coaching, and development for department supervisors and hourly team members. Assist with managing the Maintenance KPIs effectively. Consistently attain department goals/standards for cost, productivity, quality and safety. Assist with preparing and managing the maintenance budget and identifying cost-saving opportunities. As well as managing capital projects effectively. Implement and enforce safe working practices and an active accident prevention program. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in the food processing industry. Proven leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Budget management and cost control skills. Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and execute tasks in a changing and demanding work environment. Will be based in Fresno, CA for the training period. Documenting behavior and other essential data Documenting data on logs in an organized manner Operate and maintain field equipment including Garmin GPS, binoculars with reticles, range finder, and high-resolution digital camera with video capabilities. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB The Jr. Raw Product Supply Manager is responsible for independently overseeing procurement planning and supplier management to ensure the company has reliable, cost-effective access to raw materials. This position operates with minimal supervision, exercising independent judgment in supplier management and procurement planning, while collaborating with the Senior Raw Product Supply Manager as needed. This position evaluates suppliers, negotiates terms within company guidelines, approves sourcing decisions and commitments within defined thresholds, and develops procurement strategies that reduce costs and mitigate supply chain risks. This role has a direct impact on operational performance by analyzing market conditions, interpreting production data, and making sourcing decisions that align with organizational goals. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Revised) Interpret and analyze yield and Days to Harvest (DTH) data to develop insights and recommendations for procurement strategy. Design reporting frameworks and provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis. Independently evaluate supplier proposals and negotiate terms within company guidelines. Responsible for evaluating, qualifying, and recommending suppliers, with authority to make supplier selection decisions within defined parameters. Develop and recommend procurement strategies to reduce costs, improve supply continuity, and mitigate risk exposure. Advise senior leadership on supplier performance, market conditions, and potential supply chain risks. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials that meet quality specifications, and address issues proactively to protect business operations. Monitor and fulfill contract obligations; exercise independent judgment in developing strategies to minimize financial exposure if obligations are at risk. Create and maintain a “Grower Scorecard” to evaluate supplier performance and support strategic sourcing decisions. Other duties as assigned. REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends. Grower Accountant Duties: Manage and review all Grower Agreements Manage AR, AP, & Grower charges in Famous including auto charges Review and resolve periodic exception reporting Collaborate with Sales regarding timely Trouble & PAS return receipts Collaborate with the Credit & Collections Manager regarding unpaid balances Review and approve invoice adjustments Calculate and process Grower advance payments Calculate and process Grower settlement payments & distribute reporting Prepare grower settlement reconciliation and status reporting for periodic Management review Review and respond to Grower inquires and requests Prepare FOB reporting reconciliation for periodic Management review Support and implement Accounting & Finance objectives, while constantly working towards improving processes and procedures. Requirements: Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, required. 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferred. Recent accounting graduates will be considered. Experience, and other training or certification may be substituted for education. Skills Highly Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skills. Extensive General Ledger systems knowledge. FAMOUS software knowledge is highly preferred. Strong Business acumen, organizational and administrative skills with a high degree of attention to detail. Proven problem-solving skills, especially within a highly innovative environment. Strong analytical, critical thinking skills, and proactive thought leadership.
