1st or 2nd shift Brake Press Operator for a family owned Sheet Metal Fabrication Shop. Brake Press Operators produce parts and tools from metal, plastic or other materials using a press brake, a CNC that makes precision bends, punches or cuts into material.

Brake Press Operator

Operate brake press equipment safely and efficiently on 1st shift (Monday-Friday, 6:00am-3:30pm)
Program brake press to accurately form parts per drawings and verbal instructions
Create, edit, store, and retrieve CNC brake press programs
Determine proper bend order to complete forming without collisions
Perform full setup and run operations, including tooling installation and program verification
Conduct required quality checks to ensure part accuracy and appearance
Use appropriate measuring tools and program adjustments to maintain tolerances
Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
Apply basic math skills, including fractions, decimals, and metric-to-imperial conversions
Meet physical and experience requirements, including lifting up to 50 lbs, owning tools, and working with sheet metal and light plate
Cutting Operator - 2nd Shift- 3pm-11pm

InnoMark Communications is a locally owned and operated Visual Marketing company. We are seeking experienced Cutting Operators for, Monday - Friday with OT as needed. This position specializes in the operation of Zund CAD Table and Large Guillotine Cutters. You will follow order specifications and perform set-up and cutting operations, general and preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and safety-related housekeeping.
Job Duties
Follow order specifications/special instructions and ensure all production materials are at cutter prior to set-up
Determine the best utilization of master sheet, cutting to customers' specifications
Set up and operate cutting machine with high proficiency
Operate assigned cutter by performing required adjustments, maintenance, and maintaining consistent quality.
Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment by following all company safety policies and procedures and reporting unsafe conditions and incidents, while maintaining quality standards
Verify dimensions of cut parts match work order
Identify poor quality material and notify supervisor and/or Quality Control
Measure to ensure specified dimensions of sheets
Observe operation of machine to detect malfunctions such as jamming wrinkling or tearing of material
Stop machine to make required adjustments, when necessary
Replace worn cutting blades
Record and report all finished production. Complete and process all related documentation via PC or tablet
Record maintenance and service calls in maintenance logbook as required
Train, assist, and support other team members in problem solving and meeting department goals. Continuously review current processes and search for improvement methods to improve product/process quality, reduce waste, rework and unnecessary work that adds no value to the work or process
Perform general housekeeping tasks and waste removal within department/group and assists other areas as required.
Work enthusiastically to meet or exceed all performance goals
Conduct regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective action on equipment to achieve maximum machine performance based on equipment specifications and acquired knowledge of machine operations
Manage role with an understanding of changing priorities, sense of urgency, execution of results and support for the team
Inspect finished product before releasing to internal or external customers

The dressing table operator is expected to dress, plate, inspect, coordinate and expedite all food for the service staff and drive thru operator. Essential (primary) Functions: The primary responsibility of the dressing table operator is to dress, plate, inspect, and coordinate orders to ensure that orders are prepared in a timely fashion (5-8 minutes from receipt). Additionally, they expedite and call orders to other operators. Preparation times, monitoring dressing table temperatures, restocking, sanitizing work station and following, safety, security uniform, and company rules are essential to the successful operation of this position.
