Responsibilities:

Follow routes and time schedules
Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate delivery vehicle
Collects payments from customers
Able to read and navigate by map, plot routes, and follow delivery instructions
Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
Qualifications/Skills:
Great attitude and personality
Good communication skills
Valid driver's license
Proven work experience as a Delivery Driver
Ability to operate company owned vehicle in a variety of weather and traffic conditions
Good driving record/history
DOT (Preferred)
High school diploma or equivalent is a plus
Be at least 18 years old

Territory Sales Representative
Columbus, OH job
As a service-minded Territory Sales Representative with Empire Auto Parts, you'll serve as a liaison between the company and our customers.
This position will be based in the Columbus area and will also encompass select territory within Cincinnati , OH.
Develop and execute a contact strategy for assigned customers and identified prospects, incorporating phone, email, and face to face visits
Actively monitor order activity from all assigned customers
Contact customers with declining volume to determine what is causing the drop. Take action to reverse trend, when applicable.
Identify new sales opportunities, primarily via Internet research, customer referrals, and observation while making customer visits.
Communicate competitive and other market information to relevant company individuals as it is learned.
Fully document all contacts in Empire ERP system.
Work directly with customer care team to troubleshoot customer service issues as they arise.
Continue to stay current on Empire corporate information (locations, products, delivery schedules, etc.) so as to provide the most value to Empire's customers.
Complete all assigned training modules in a timely manner.
Support all Empire sales and marketing initiatives, as appropriate
Meet or exceed all sales objectives within assigned region/customer list
Achieve a NPS of at least 60 for all assigned customers
Maintain a return rate across all assigned customers of less than 12%
Work with A/R on any delinquencies within assigned customer base to ensure consistent messaging
Collaborate with sales reps from different regions to share best practices and support a cohesive sales approach
Qualifications/Skills:
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record within Company standards
Ability to build rapport with customers
Ability to operate company owned vehicle in a variety of weather and traffic conditions
Ability to work under minimal supervision
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced ever-changing setting
Self-motivated with keen negotiating skills
High school diploma or equivalent is a plus
Strong business acumen
Willing to travel locally
Possess strong technical and computer skills
Be at least 18 years old
