Dan Concannon oversees Glass Lewis’ worldwide sales functions. Dan has over two decades of leadership experience in the financial information services and governance, risk, and compliance segments. He joins Glass Lewis from CFRA Research, an independent equity research provider, where he served as Chief Revenue Officer. Prior to CFRA, Dan was the Chief Executive Officer and President of GMI Ratings (now part of MSCI), a global provider of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) ratings and research where he increased sales and profitability. He previously served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Institutional Shareholder Services.

Jason Wartman joined Glass Lewis in January 2022 as Chief Financial Officer. He brings extensive expertise in global strategy, financial planning and operations, mergers and acquisitions, and business development. Jason most recently served as Vice President of Finance for Cerner Corporation, a global leader in healthcare information technology, overseeing all financial operations for the company’s U.S. and international commercial businesses. Prior to his 14-year tenure at Cerner, he spent six years in roles of increasing financial leadership responsibility at Medtronic. Jason began his career in public accounting with the firm of Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, where he earned his CPA. Jason holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting, magna cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater, and an MBA from the University of Minnesota.
