You'll be placed on-site at one of our national clients, helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized yard and operations area. What You'll Do As a General Laborer, you'll assist with keeping the site clean, organized, and free of debris while supporting equipment operators, mechanics, and supervisors with various tasks as needed. Key Responsibilities: Clean up debris, trash, and loose materials around the yard, shop, and work areas. Assist with pressure washing, sweeping, and general cleaning of buildings, pads, and containers. Organize tools, equipment, and parts in the yard or shop area. Support small maintenance tasks such as painting, organizing parts, or preparing containers. Perform minor landscaping or grounds maintenance duties. Help direct trucks or equipment traffic when needed. Follow all site safety procedures and wear proper PPE at all times. Report any safety concerns or hazards to site supervisors immediately. Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations. Qualifications What We're Looking For Experience: Prior experience in general labor, sanitation, construction, or warehouse work is helpful but not required. Skills: Ability to follow verbal instructions and work independently or in a team. Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors. Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded. Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. Must pass a background check and drug screening. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Work Environment Outdoor and industrial setting - expect exposure to dirt, dust, noise, and varying weather.
