Responsibilities Your key responsibilities Resource Management: Plan and supervise Assistant Superintendent (on larger projects) and/or craft activities such as, determining method of construction, workforce levels, material quantities equipment, temporary power sources, work schedule and documenting actual hours worked. Maintain liaison with other departments such as Material Control, Purchasing, Quality Control, and Engineering to ensure all required materials, equipment, inspections, support craft activities and project schedule. Qualifications To qualify for the role, you must have Minimum of 8 years supervisory experience in similar facility construction technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures required. Strong Electrical background in Data Centers' experience is preferred. Titles by discipline may include, Construction Superintendent (for civil work), Structural Superintendent, Mechanical Superintendent, or Electrical Superintendent. Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, cost control and demonstrated ability to control and supervise large groups. Prior experience with Commercial or Industrial project scopes of at least $15M value. A valid driver's license in the US and a valid passport required; willingness and ability to travel; travel is estimated at 70+%.
