ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Manage the visual identity of Midwestern by creating graphics to effectively communicate the desired message and support the overall communication strategies, goals, and brand guidelines of the institution. Maintain brand consistency across all communication. Provide team feedback to form a cohesive look and feel between multiple designers. Create eye-catching designs to effectively support the brand Contribute to the design discovery processes through brainstorming, creative strategies, and team meetings, while ensuring brand consistency. Solve creative problems at the conceptual level for various channels and mediums. Stay up to date on design trends ensure relevancy from an aesthetic perspective.
