# The Time Critical Diagnosis (TCD) Coordinator leads and develops the care process, using a multidisciplinary approach to provide the highest quality care and service to any TCD patients. will coordinate care across the continuum, including EMS and regional facilities. In addition, the coordinator will conduct community education seminars in targeted outreach areas to increase and promote awareness. The TCD Coordinator will work closely with all members of the care team including the Medical Directors for Stroke, STEMI, Trauma, and Sepsis as well as other physicians.
