A day in the life: The Porter is responsible for maintaining the daily cleanliness, appearance, and overall upkeep of public and operational spaces within the building and responds to special Building Management requests and work orders. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Porter. Strong communication skills. Ability to conduct face-to-face discussions with individuals or groups at all professional levels. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, or kneel as required.
