General Description Northeast Paving a division of Vinci Construction USA is seeking an IT Support Specialist I position on the Technology Team in Nashua, NH. The IT Support Specialist role involves providing end-user desktop support both remotely and in-person, handling Tier (1-2) support tickets, and working on technology implementation projects.
Key Duties
Create, review and triage support Tier (1-2) tickets on a timely basis
Project work related to the implementation of new technology tools.
Provide end-user desktop support via remote support tools or in person visits
Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally and effectively with users to understand their issues, provide updates on ticket status, and verify their concerns are addressed promptly.
Install and configure new computers, monitors, and printers.
Assist with system administration tasks, including server upgrades, updates, patches, deployments, architecture review / design and general best practices
Create clear, concise process and system diagrams and other supporting documentation
Coordinate with vendors to execute software and firmware upgrades
Attend meetings as required and provides regular and accurate status information to project participants/department leadership -follow management guidance and adherence to policies
Assist with other projects and tasks as required
Identify issues requiring escalated support and route to the appropriate team or leadership.
Identify recurring or unique issues, develop solutions, and verify successful implementation.
Document and/or update documentation for identified issues, solutions, and procedures.
Train and/or mentor junior team members. Share knowledge and best practices.
Actively participate in team meetings and feedback sessions.
Qualification Requirements

Education and Experience
3 + years of technical experience working with hardware/software
Bachelor's degree or equivalent Experience
Experience working in windows and virtualized environments
Ability to utilize an ITSM system for change and incident management
Microsoft training and related certifications are a plus
Strong interpersonal, organizational and customer service skills
Ability to work flexible/extended hours when requested or participate in an on-call schedule

Position Summary
Participates in the filling of containers with various plumbing chemicals or assembling various plumbing products to contribute to the timely completion of customer orders for distribution.
Position Responsibilities
Complete production tasks on a rotational basis as assigned by the supervisor/team leader of the department.

Position Summary:
Accurately processes all customer and replenishment orders in a manner to ensure safety, quality and performance goals are met on a daily basis.
Position Responsibilities:
Pull raw material request orders for delivery to specified work centers in production and properly scan in RF device; supply required consumables to production areas and handle disposal of some waste from the production floor, i.e., bad pallets, recyclables, etc.

Must be able to comply with manufacturer's weight limit to wear required safety tether for picking at elevated locations

Position Summary: This position is responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely set-up, processing improvements, and troubleshooting of plastic injection molds, tooling and equipment (including auxiliary equipment) operation while ensuring that safety, quality and productivity goals are achieved on a daily basis.

Complete all required production and quality assurance documentation.
Evaluate, recommend and execute continuous improvement suggestions to improve operating efficiency.
Utilize LEAN Thinking in formal and informal settings including participating in LEAN Events (Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Projects, Just-Do-It), submitting Suggestions, attending LEAN Training, and improving work cell/areas of responsibility daily.
Use visual tools and display boards and update them as appropriate.
Document all changes resulting from LEAN activities according to ISO guidelines.

Position Summary:
Ensures the quality of all processes, procedures, materials, processes rework and finished products. Also performs scheduled tasks as support for environmental and safety functions with additional responsibilities as assigned. Conduct daily quality inspections in all departments to audit the following:
Procedure compliance/documentation with ISO9001 quality systems.
In-process quality inspections, using established procedures.
Incoming inspection, including first piece inspection, verification of Supplier's Certificates of Analysis, etc.
Validation of product quality conformance to specifications.
Complete ongoing Reliability Testing to ensure current products continue to meet product performance and/or formulation specs.
Provide disposition and segregation of rejected materials and/or products. Summarize data and provide appropriate reports. Maintains rework inventory. Provides samples and sample data.
Maintain calibration/verification records for all lab testing instrumentation and hand-held devices. Prepare test pipes (go-no go Gauges) for fit testing. Supply manufacturing with calibrated measuring and test equipment.
Provide organizational quality support by assisting with problem resolution on the shop floor which includes gathering information on any quality-related issues, conducting root cause analysis and providing resolution for non-conformities. Participate in manufacturing CIP meetings as the QA representative and in ongoing quality training of manufacturing and QA staff.
Maintain good housekeeping in lab, office and storage areas.
Maintain and keep organized all QA files and documentation for easy reference and ISO9001 documentation compliance.

This would include but is not limited to performing a cost/benefit analysis of new materials and new construction standards.
* Evaluate and monitor manufacturers' designs to ensure compliance with established specifications and guidelines. This would include the investigation and resolution of field-reported problems related to designs and materials, resolving material failure trends with suppliers, and making the appropriate changes in the standards or material specifications.
* Through maintaining knowledge of current industry technologies and other utilities construction practices, develop and perform field studies of material and construction standards to recommend modification or replacement of material items used.
* Update and maintain substation and transmission construction standards with the input and assistance of the Substation Engineering department, Line Design Engineering department, and Construction Committee.
* Assist in providing technical and application training for Construction Planners and field service, construction, and maintenance personnel.
* Actively seek out ways to improve job efficiency and standardization.
* Participate in collaboration by attending team meetings and supplying ideas.
Education and Experience
Junior level engineer:
* Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited engineering school
* Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certificate or ability to obtain EIT certificate within 12 months preferred.
* Must have a valid motor vehicle operator's license.
* Must be capable of performing field inspections of electrical facilities, including negotiating the hazards and obstacles of typical construction sites with limited rough terrain walking.
* Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
* Willing to travel (15% with some overnights).
Senior level engineer
* Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited engineering school with 10+ years of utility experience.
* Proficient AutoCAD.
* Professional Engineering (PE) license required for level IV engineers.
* Must have the ability to express both technical and non-technical information to individuals or group in an organized, accurate and clear manner.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

This is a field-based position responsbile for assisting in the performance of sheet metal and HVAC installations on a variety of commercial HVAC and related mechanical systems and learn how to safely work with sheet metal. Individuals must demonstrate excellent communication skills, as well as an aptitude for problem solving, time management, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
