Responsibilities
Perform specialized floor care tasks, such as stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning.
Safely operate various types of floor care equipment, such as auto scrubbers and burnishers.
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of floors in public and private spaces, including hallways, classrooms, offices, and common areas.
Comply with safety standards and follow all infection control, sanitation, and hazardous materials policies.
Respond promptly to floor care requests and maintain communication with campus staff.
Perform light janitorial duties, including trash removal, as needed.
Collaborate with your supervisor and team to identify areas needing attention or improvement.
All other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience in floor care or janitorial services is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Ability to operate and maintain specialized floor care equipment.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with students, staff, and guests.
Compliance with safety and quality standards at all times.
Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 75 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks daily and work in an environment that requires handling cleaning products.
Must provide a criminal background check.

Responsibilities
The Department Manager oversees the food service program at a single site, ensuring high food quality standards, inventory management, food safety, and customer service. This role requires adherence to facility menus, federal, state, and local regulations, and HCSG policies to consistently provide quality dining services.
Lead and support the food service team to meet quality and safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of income, expenditures, food supplies, personnel, and equipment while using HCSG computer software..
Conduct staff training, quality control, and in-service sessions; perform roles of dietary aide, cook, and dishwasher as needed.
Communicate directives from client managers, building occupants, and administrators to HCSG staff effectively.
Use protective gear, ensure safe mixing and use of cleaning solutions, and report equipment needs or malfunctions promptly.
Follow infection control, universal precautions, and handwashing procedures to maintain a sanitary environment.
Maintain consistent attendance, punctuality, and timely completion of tasks.
Represent HCSG positively through courteous and cooperative interactions with supervisors, co-workers, client staff, residents, and guests.
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Associate's degree or higher in food service management or hospitality, including food service or restaurant management coursework preferred.
Two years of experience in quantity food production/service and personnel supervision preferred.
Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification preferred (or as required by state and county law).
Must obtain Food Protection Manager (FPM) within the first 14 days of employment
Must obtain Food Service Manager (FSM) and Long-Term Care Food Service (LTC-FSM) certifications within the first 60 days of employment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to perform daily tasks.
Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods.

Day (United States of America) Job Summary: Functions under the direction of the Surgical Services Director, Operating Room Manager, Specialty Coordinator and Anesthesiologist. Has anesthesia-related experience in variety of surgical specialties including trauma and emergency situations. Has knowledge regarding biomedical equipment. Schedule may be altered by manager when other staff members are on vacation and / or when the needs of the schedule dictate. Must be available to take call as required. Must be able to respond in the OR within 30 minutes of notification. Must demonstrate positive teamwork, behavior and communication. Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions: Assists the perioperative team in the operating room with surgical procedures, including but not limited to general, orthopedic, neurological, spine, plastic, ENT, vascular, thoracic, GYN, oral and trauma procedures. Administers direct and in-direct care for patients undergoing the above procedures with supervision from licensed personnel. Set up anesthesia supplies in OR suites Picks up patients for surgery and assists patient transport to and from holding areas to surgical suites and to recovery areas if applicable. Assist with patient transfer to OR bed and positioning of patient Obtain blood products, pharmacy products or any other products as needed if applicable. Obtain supplies/equipment needed by anesthesia and OR staff throughout procedures as needed. Mop, clean and turn over OR suites at end of case and ensure proper stock of anesthesia supplies for to follow case if applicable. Assists RNs and surgical technicians with room set up, supply management and patient charges if applicable. Assist the anesthesia team as directed with peripheral, spinal blocks or epidural blocks. Duties and responsibilities include; interfacing and supporting other team members in the Operating Room, PACU, ICU, GI Lab, Vascular Institute, L&D and other departments as needed with cross training in monitoring, stocking, setting up, testing and troubleshooting equipment and assists with nursing and anesthesiology duties. Maintains all equipment pertaining to anesthesia in the operating room and other locations where anesthesia services are provided. Ability to understand, direct, teach and troubleshoot non-invasive monitoring equipment. Maintains skills and competency checks for identified equipment and quality control responsibilities. Pick up ICU beds and prepare transport monitors / cables in a timely manner if applicable. Clean LMAs, laryngoscope blades and handles, bronchoscopes, glidescopes and any other instruments requested by team according to manufacturers instructions for use if applicable. Assess / monitor the residents' nutritional status, provide recommendations to medical staff, and develop adequate care plans
Evaluate special needs of residents regarding nutrition support, skin breakdown, and significant weight issues
Coordinate procurement of nutrition support supplies and oral supplements with outside vendors as well as involved department heads
Monitor resident meal service to ensure diet modifications are followed
Educate residents, families and staff in concepts of nutrition & diet modification
Routinely evaluate Dietary Care plans for effectiveness to ensure high quality of care
Meet weekly with interdisciplinary team to review and adjust residents' plan of care
Work closely with Speech-Language Pathologist to ensure appropriate mechanically altered diets are provided for residents with dysphagia
Reviewing all menu changes to ensure they follow facility's policies/procedures & State/Federal guidelines
Update diet order and menu changes in computer menu software on a daily basis
Supervising & working closely with the dietary team to provide excellent resident care
Conduct audits of areas relevant to providing quality nutrition care on a routine basis
Ensure facility is in compliance with regulations and policies on weight monitoring
Communicate with interdisciplinary team on a daily basis to provide quality care to residents
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be a Registered Dietitian

This leader will oversee the Emergency Department at Wellstar Columbia County Medical Center.
The Director of Nursing is a registered professional nurse who provides leadership and management of a specific service line through the application of advanced competencies in communication; job knowledge, professionalism and business skills. This leader is a member of the chief nursing officer's administrative team and may serve as her/his designee for assigned responsibilities. He/she reports to the nursing operations leader and demonstrates own leadership to effectively partner with nursing leadership, hospital vice presidents, medical staff and other departments to create a center of excellence for their specialty service and to meet or exceed the hospital's mission, vision and goals. This leader administers to two or more cost centers with a range of 50 to 200 FTEs in a hospital or specialty hospital in a smaller rural community area or system accountability for a domain of nursing practice. The Director of Nursing handles a budget less than 80 million dollars.
The Director of Nursing provides direct leadership for a group of nurse managers and others who comprise their specialty service line. He/she is a standard bearer and holds leaders and staff accountable for the delivery of safe, quality care and services through effective communication, employment of transformation leadership, managing by walking around, and instilling an accountability-based practice setting. The director of nursing serves as sponsor for performance improvement; inspires others to seek opportunities to grow and improve their performance and successfully applies lean and evidenced based practice to ensure all targets pillar outcomes are achieved. This leader employs all safety first interventions and as the chief safety officer creates a culture of safety for his/her service line through the development/use of these skills by other leaders, physicians and staff. He/she effectively uses data and technology to make decisions and proactively mitigates unnecessary risks for his/her area of responsibility, providing instruction and mentoring for assigned leaders to be able to do the same. This leader ensures that nurse managers and staff create a desirable, safe work environment that enables the organization to meet or exceed all licensure, regulatory and accreditation standards.
