Responsibilities and Expectations: Work closely with and assist lead HVAC Service Technicians on job sites, helping with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various HVAC systems. Maintain organization of the company vehicle and ensure all necessary tools, equipment, and materials are prepared and loaded for each job. Prepare job sites by setting up drop cloths and necessary safety equipment, and assist in cleanup after the work is complete. Perform basic tasks as directed by the lead technician, such as retrieving parts, holding materials, fetching tools, and preparing piping or wiring. Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor when interacting with customers, acting as a positive representation of the company. Actively observe and seek to learn technical skills, diagnostic processes, and best practices from experienced technicians. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in an HVAC related field Must be physically able to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in varying environments (attics, crawl spaces, etc.). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality are essential. Eagerness to learn the HVAC trade and follow detailed instructions.
