This role is responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including stacking tires, cleaning bathrooms, and assisting with general labor duties to maintain a clean and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate must be physically fit, able to work in outdoor conditions, and comfortable performing hands-on tasks.Key Responsibilities: Tire Stacking: Organize and stack tires safely and efficiently. Ensure proper handling and storage of tires to maintain a safe work environment. Facility Cleaning & Maintenance: Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies. Perform general facility maintenance, including trash removal and area cleanup. Sweep, mop, and disinfect common areas as needed. General Labor Duties: Assist with unloading and sorting materials at the landfill. Operate hand tools and basic equipment as needed. Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the landfill site. Follow all safety regulations and wear appropriate protective gear. Requirements: Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs). Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Prior experience in general labor, sanitation, or landfill work is a plus but not required. Work Environment: Exposure to outdoor elements (heat, cold, rain, etc.). Requires standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods. Must be comfortable working around waste materials and debris.

First Shift: 6:30AM to 2:30PM Responsibilities · Maintain product quality by inspecting product inline as delivered from equipment, packing/traying product and complying with Quality Control measures put in place per project. · Report quality, safety and production issues as needed. · Perform consistent quality checks on output. · Collect all material and equipment needed to begin the process. · Support machine and job set up. · Apply accurate postage to Domestic and Foreign mail runs. · When processing mail, ensure that USPS regulations and guidelines/requirements are met. · Assist in managing postal equipment (trays/tags etc.) · Train new helpers · Accurately completes all Load Tags and prepares product for the next operation. · Completes all necessary paperwork to move the product through the mail stream efficiently. · Track job costs/production hours · Wrap pallets and use a pallet jack. · Perform basic maintenance to department mailing equipment. · Contribute to safety goals by maintaining a clean, clutter-free workplace, report potentially unsafe conditions and ensure that the department meets and exceeds safety requirements. · Meet productivity and quality standards by completing work in a timely and accurate manner. · Work overtime as needed. · Other duties as assigned. Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS OF POSITION · High school diploma or general education degree (GED), four plus years of relevant industry experience or 520 hours as an Imagine temporary employee along with manager's approval to hire full-time. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS OF POSITION · One plus years of experience working in printing, manufacturing, distribution, and/or fulfillment. · One plus years of experience using postage and small mailing equipment. · English proficiency is preferred to support job specific operational training and instruction requirements, workplace safety, and effective employee collaboration in a fast paced, changing environment.
