Excellent organizational skills Excellent ability to communicate (verbally and in writing) and work as a team. Ability to utilize technology such as an iPad for daily operational use. Must be able to initiate and work through conflicts to achieve desired change. Must be able to read and understand residential plumbing manual and specifications. Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in performing duties. Maintain valid Connecticut motor vehicle operator's license.
