Responsibilities: Preparing store orders for shipment. Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking for shipments. Ability to operate necessary technology including radio frequency scanners, computers, etc. as required. Loading and unloading products from trucks or containers. Breaking down and separating incoming shipments. Moving products to storage areas with the proper equipment and expertly stacking and storing the merchandise. Picking orders for shipment and assembling several types of merchandise to be shipped. Counting and verifying freight for accuracy and/or damage and infestation. Following Tony's Fresh Market policies and procedures, including all safety rules, requirements, and facility housekeeping standards. POSITION SUMMARY: The Tortilla Clerk delivers quality customer service in a retail store environment. The individual is expected to be a role model of the company by delivering excellent customer service while maintaining company core values. The clerk maintains inventory and department cleanliness for the department.
