How would you improve Hospice East Bay's culture?

Become more transparent about goals and plans and decelopments instead of hiding behind the curtain like the wizard of Oz. Develop a sense of the world beyond the boardroom and the country club /golf course and empathize with working class people. Pay your taxes.
