A Security Investigator conducts routine to complex investigations involving fraud and/or physical security considerations. Security Investigators work closely with Security Department analysts in a collaborative environment and are expected to maintain a professional and positive working relationship with internal and external partners, including law enforcement agencies and other financial institutions. Security Investigators may also serve as support and response personnel as part of enterprise physical security strategies. Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, accounting, finance, pre-law, or other related field required. Will consider commensurate experience. Minimum 1 year experience required in conducting investigations involving fraud and/or physical security. Experience with and understanding financial transactions is preferred. Certificate, Licenses and Registration Requirements: N/A Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements: Solid understanding of financial fraud investigations and physical security systems is a plus. The ability to proficiently and effectively navigate multiple software systems simultaneously. Must be able to differentiate and transition from proactive problem identification to root cause analysis.
