Serve as HSSA's Safety Officer - partnering with leaders to maintain safe practices, conduct inspections, and follow through on corrective actions. Ensure policies are applied consistently and professionally across the organization. Data & Continuous Improvement Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements to culture, engagement, and operations. Track ER metrics, follow service-level expectations, and champion best-practice processes. Lead or participate in HR projects that enhance the employee experience.
