Responsibilities
What you'll do…
Improve capacity through methods such as equipment capacity loss analysis, line balance analysis, fixed loss analysis, and improvements.
Plan tooling and auxiliary facilities based on future capacity plans.
Monitor coating speed, analyze issues, and implement improvements to achieve the planned speed.
Analyze the OEE of equipment engineers to identify opportunities for capacity improvement.
Organize activities such as Gemba Work, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to find improvement opportunities. Engage personnel with designing and evaluating improvement plans to enhance equipment efficiency and reduce operating costs.
Support and coordinate various resources to handle on-site issues, including 5S management, production resource coordination, daily improvements, ad-hoc tasks, and production meetings. Work with the site management team to ensure stable and efficient production line operations.
Support new line construction, including managing equipment arrival schedules, assisting with equipment handling and positioning, and overseeing equipment installation and commissioning progress.
Ability to work various shifts and hours, including weekends.
Ability to travel extensively, including internationally.

Job Title: Business Process Reengineering
Seeking a Senior Business Process Reengineer to support the Office of Educational Supports (OES) in enhancing and maintaining the Consolidated Application within the NexSys platform. This application is critical for distributing federal formula grants to Michigan Local Education Agencies.
This role will serve as a strategic liaison between OES, regional field services consultants and managers, internal MDE cross-office teams (including the Office of Systems, Evaluation, and Technology - OSET) and vendor partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC), with proven leadership experience in cross-functional environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Analysis & Improvement
Review and document current grant-related business processes and workflows.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend improvements.
Analyze federal policy changes and advise OES on necessary application updates.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Facilitate meetings with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external consultants.
Act as the primary point of contact for field consultants regarding application issues.
Communicate issue status, resolutions, and updates to relevant stakeholders.
Operational & Technical Liaison
Manage and prioritize operational support requests and enhancement tickets in Azure DevOps.
Collaborate with OSET and vendor teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
Leadership & Team Coordination
Lead and mentor a team of business analysts.
Delegate tasks effectively and ensure alignment with project goals.
Facilitate and lead requirement-gathering sessions with both business and technical teams.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
Maintain comprehensive documentation on the project SharePoint site.
Ensure all process changes and decisions are well-documented and accessible.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in business process reengineering or business analysis.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Experience working with grant management systems or government funded programs is a plus.

CQV/Process Engineer Responsibilities:
CQV Engineers execute commissioning, qualification and validation projects involving new
or modified systems/equipment, processes, procedures, products, facilities, and utilities. In this role, validation
engineers support the validation and change lifecycles for client's systems in pharmaceutical and medical device
manufacturing, laboratory, IT, and packaging operations to meet timeline, budget, quality, regulatory compliance,
and client expectations.
Process Engineers support conceptual and detailed design, support in process scale-up, product development, process validation, and implementation of operational improvements that resolve manufacturing process investigations in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments. In this role, you may work in concert with the client or as part of a Verista team tasked in determining the root cause of manufacturing investigations or in designing/executing experiments and evaluating data in support of improvement and investigations.
