ERP Data Maintenance Create and maintain accurate ERP data including routings, BOMs, work instructions, and manufacturing attributes. Support change management processes to ensure updates are well-documented and communicated. Monitor data integrity and collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies. New Product Development (NPD) Project Support Participate in NPD projects by providing manufacturability input during design phases. Develop manufacturing processes, tooling, and documentation required for new product launches. Support pilot builds, validations, and production ramp-up activities. Ensure smooth transition of new products into full-scale production. Requirements We need this seat to have: Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated project management experience and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives. Proficiency with SolidWorks and 3D solid modeling. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools and methodologies preferred. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments. Hands-on approach with the ability to work on the production floor as needed.
