Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related discipline) or relevant work experience 3-5 years of experience in an automotive manufacturing or assembly environment. Proficiency in using AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel for line layouts and analysis. Experience with lean manufacturing, line balancing, and standardized work principles. Strong working knowledge of PFMEA, lean methodologies, and ergonomic design. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Experience supporting vehicle launch, retooling, or model change programs. Familiarity with Tecnomatix Process Simulate, Power BI, or other digital manufacturing tools. Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification (Green Belt or higher). Experience with SAP, MES, or similar production tracking systems. Working knowledge of throughput simulation and material flow optimization.
