Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (e.g. wire draw, strip rolling, stamping , machining, plastic injection molding).
Knowledge of quality control standards and regulatory compliance, especially in medical and automotive sectors.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in materials science (metallurgy), mechanical engineering or IndustrialEngineering.
Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience in production environment.

What We're Looking For

POSITION SUMMARY
Applying engineering and chemistry techniques, assists in the improvement of quality and manufacturing processes and products and in the transition of new products and processes from R&D to production. Process Lab and New Product Development Support (50%)
Assist NPD projects as assigned and in compliance with Procedures, Programs, and Policies.
Execute Design of Experiments for Pilot Plant Scale-Up and Production Scale-Up.

Data Analysis / Technical Management (20%)
