The CONA Settlement Process Improvement Specialist will be responsible for sustaining a strong partnership with CCBSS internal customers, outside service providers, and key partners (Bottlers, Finance, Audit, and Sales). This position will also be in charge of analyzing the current business processes and making the necessary adjustments to improve efficiencies and results. This role will partner closely with the bottler on the operational process and oversee client equipment service billing.
