Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join a business that has its sights firmly set on growth. The inside sales rep develops, maintains, and interacts primarily utilizing the phone and other forms of electronic communication to a broad scope of new and existing customers within dealership markets to increase sales of products and/or services. Develops sales strategies designed to highlight the features and benefits of the products to achieve increased profits and reach sales objectives.
Compensation is a $50,000 base salary + uncapped commission structure with a first-year OTE of $80,000.

This role is remote in the continental U.S., with the regional headquarters in Atlanta, GA. As we are a global business, flexibility occasionally outside of standard office hours will be needed as required to communicate with colleagues in Australia and Europe.
What You'll Do
Assume the role as a product expert in Infomedia Solutions, including APB, SimplePart, and Microcat solutions, as well as other products as a need arises
Telephone prospects at a high volume, a minimum of 40 calls a day, to identify appropriate contacts to qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline
Identify revenue opportunities within customers' businesses through communications, programs, and other activities as needed
Prospect, qualify, and generate sales within the company's established customer base, as well as establish new relationships with new customers
Work closely with various internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Consistently record all communication accurately in the company database (Salesforce)
Engage in technical discussions with potential clients through demonstrations and presentations
Remain knowledgeable and up to date on changes and developments in the product and services of Infomedia
Coordinate programs to customer requirements and close contracts for defined programs
Collaborate with marketing, customer support, product management, and account management to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns, and offerings
Ensure handoffs to customer support and account management are successful and drive customer satisfaction
Ensure reporting and communications are frequent and collaborative
Other sales-related duties as needed by the team

Role Summary:
As a Senior Systems Administrator / Architect at Infomedia Americas, you will be responsible for the design, provisioning, maintenance, and configuration of the systems and network in a majority Windows Server environment. Role Summary:
As a Senior Systems Administrator / Architect at Infomedia Americas, you will be responsible for the design, provisioning, maintenance, and configuration of the systems and network in a majority Windows Server environment. You will be responsible for monitoring the performance of the environment and incident response. You will design and implement network and data center architectures that support our business objectives while ensuring high availability and optimal performance. A strong security mindset is essential with PCI DSS or ISO audit experience being preferred. Expertise in networking, firewall configuration and management, PowerShell scripting, HAProxy or equivalent load balancing solution implementation, will be key in developing and optimizing our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server environments (2012-2022), ensuring their reliability, security, and optimal performance.
Manage and optimize Active Directory and IIS configurations to support operational requirements.
Maintain detailed documentation for system designs, configurations, processes, and service records.
Utilize advanced PowerShell scripting to automate tasks, enhance system functionalities, and troubleshoot issues.
Configure and manage HAProxy load balancing solutions to ensure high availability and fault tolerance of our applications.
Ability to design and implement a comprehensive disaster recovery and backup strategy.
Administer firewall systems, with a preference for experience with PfSense, to protect network integrity and data security.
Implement and maintain networking solutions that support the organization's connectivity and performance requirements.
Leverage experience with virtualization technologies such as Proxmox and Hyper-V to optimize resource utilization and infrastructure flexibility.
Conduct security vulnerability assessments using Tenable and act as a key resource in PCI DSS audits to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT infrastructure projects, providing expert guidance and technical leadership.
Lead and mentor junior team members in best practices and technical challenges.
Ability to participate in a 24/7/365 on call rotation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Equivalent work experience is also acceptable.
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Systems Engineer or similar role, with a focus on Windows Server environments and network setup and architecture.
Advanced knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
Advanced knowledge of firewall management and networking principles.
Familiarity with virtualization technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
